Video Poker
The objective of Video Poker is simply to complete the game with the strongest poker ranking hand.
The higher the ranking of your hand, the higher your payout will be.
Video Poker is played between just yourself and the Dealer. You will be dealt just five playing cards in the first hand, after you receive your first hand,
you next need to choose the cards that you wish to hold and cards to discard. You are permitted too discard between none and five cards from your hand.
The cards you choose to discard are replaced with new ones from the deck.
Should your hand be a winning one then the win will be highlighted on the payout table and this payout table is based on the number of coins you have chosen to bet before the
first deal.
After any win you may choose to either Double or Collect your winnings.
Should you decide to game then you need to click the Double button, you will then be taken to the Doubling screen.
Or you may choose the Collect button, if you do then you are paid out the win amount as reflected in the Win box, and given the option to deal a new hand
Should your hand is not a winning hand, the game is over and you can deal a new hand.
Doubling
Everytime you line up in your final hand a winning poker hand, you may decide or not to gamble your winnings in the Double feature.
If you do and click the Double button following your winning hand then you will be taken to the Doubling screen. The aim of the Double feature is to simply select
a card that is of higher value than the Dealer's card.
Should you manage to select a higher value card then quite simply your win amount will be doubled, and the you may choose to repeat this gamble feature
again, or you may prefer to collect your winnings.
At the gamble feature screen five new cards will be dealt, and the Dealer's card will be turned face up. You can then pick just one of the 4 remaining face-down cards.
All of the four previously face down cards will be turned over and the card you have selected is highlighted.
Should the card you pick be of a higher value than the Dealer's, then your original payout will be doubled, and you can once again choose to either Double again, or Collect your
winnings.
But should your chosen card be of an equal value to that of the Dealer, the game will be declared a tie, and your win amount remains the same.
You are then permitted to either Double again or Collect your winnings.
If your chosen playing card is of a lower value than the Dealer's, the gamble feature will be over. You are returned to the main video poker game and can continue to play a new hand.
